For adults and children ages 7 and up
This is your first counseling appointment with us and it will be scheduled for 1 hour. We will discuss a treatment plan, including your therapeutic goals and appropriate modalities to best meet your needs.
After your intake, your first individual session will include building a treatment plan collaboratively and recommendations will be made for frequency of therapy to best meet your needs. Individual sessions are one hour.
Adults and children ages 13 and up
We use HIPAA-compliant online video conferencing services either with your Therapy Notes Portal or Zoom as a platform which will allow for private video sessions. We recommend no child younger than age 13 for this service.

This service is for the parent that would like to have a clinical perspective of what is happening at school for their child. Recommendations will be made and a written report can be provided, for an additional fee, upon request.
